I received a email from Samsung saying a mobile phone has been received for repair and the email included my email address and physical home address.  No payment information was included but it said that the repairs were free.  Operator tried to keep me on the phone for an extended period.  Something sounded fishy even tho all the voice prompts sounded very, very, Samsung.

This is the number for Samsung's technical voice support. Specific for handling repair jobs on Samsung products.

This is from Samsung customer service and ask me about the ultimate drive. The agent is very rude and impolite.

I received call from this number but didn't answer. No message was left. If this is Samsung, I'm not sure why I received any calls as I don't own anything by Samsung.
