I informed the caller that their current system was 59.79 more expensive then my current security carrier, Smith and Colt. He went and put his "manager" on the phone, who asked some questions like how long I had my "wired" system and how long they had been in business... my system isn't wired lol. I've never seen an S&W or Colt sold with a "wired ground". Spent maybe 20 mins on the phone with these two as they stuck to their script, and never caught on what I was talking about with my "system".
