I keep getting texts from this number. I don't know who it's from. I am charged .05 per text. I had 334 of them last month. Verizon said it isn't them and Consumer Cellular said they can't block it

Consumer Cellular is incapable of doing a lot of things.  Have you tried forwarding them to 7726?  What does Verizon have to do with it?  Also, you could switch to an unlimited text plan, that would at least save you the charges.

I received a text from 9000800062 and it daid i know who is at your house and it listed the 11 people, by name,  that were at my house for a cookout.  How could tge caller know this unless they knew everyone and why would this number be attached to it?
