I have this number report on my phone bill for serveral times .I have to pay 80.00 $ total amount of communications!

I got this phone on my bill for $280 in 3 months. I am trying to fight Bell Canada on this but they say it was done on my phone. I am 100% that nobody in my household made the call. I think it's a scam.

I also have a bill of 260.00 $ of this on my Videotron account. It is 900-451-2277  +  900-451-0077 my daugther says she has no idea how this happened. The name on the bill is also passup.net

I've just call Videotron about the 1-900-451-2277 number, first call your provider and have the 900 service blocked, secondo call the police, it's a fraud. Good luck.

I have a total of over $300 of billings from Videotron for this telephone number in less than 5 weeks. Several of these billings, at $3 or $8 per charge, were made a few minutes apart. They cannot provide any detail as to what they are related to.

When searching PASSUP.NET, it refers to a billing service called Optelo, based in France.

I got Videotron to pay 2/3 of it but I'm still left with over $100 of billing. First thing we did is block all 900 calls. The billings have stopped since.

They've recommended to go to Customer Advocacy service of the government for further details. I am trying to identify what this is.

I have the same thing (see one of my other postings). Do you know what Internet game sites your daughter is using? I believe one of our children inadvertently ok these charges while playing a game. I just can't find which one.

je suis abonnée téléphonie de videotron et Bell Canada me facture des frais pour des appels au no.:900-451-2277 lieu PASSUP.NET. Nous n'avons pas fait ces appels. Quel recours avons-nous pour ne pas payer ces frais. Merci

il faut être membre de chapatiz et ca te donne de l'argent chapatiz qui s' appelle Pépettes www.chapatiz.com/pepettes/Les enfants se font avoir il leur dise qu'il vont enlever les frais s'il compose plusieurs fois le numéro en question. cela leur donne un code qu'il entre ensuite dans leur jeu pour avoir des pepettes bloquer les numero commencant par 900

I knew ahead of time that my daughter was going to call 1-900-451-2277 to call this number as she asked permission.  I made the call with her (one call) and she received her "pepettes" as promised.  The problem is that one month later we received a call from Bell alerting us that 26 calls (@ $8 each) had been charged to our account.  We have blocked all 1-900 numbers but by the time the final charges charges came through there were 31 calls.  We have filed a complaint with Bell but I'm not holding out much hope.  There are other hacking problems inside the Chapatiz game itself so I would strongly recommend other parents not let their kids get involved.

We agreed to call once to get the "pepettes" for our son and while waiting to get the damn code the phone hung up on me. There goes 8$. So for 2222 ppts it cost us 16$...Nice! On morning I looked on the recall and surprise SURPRISE there it was 1(900)451-2277.... so we immidiatly blocked all 1-900 numbers. So once the bill came in there was 6 calls to get one time 2222ppts... WOW!! From now on my son knows that Chapatiz is no longer permitted for him. No more  Bla! Bla!'s  in my house!!! LOLL


  CHAPATIZ teaches our kids the worst things in life, cheating, lying, stealing, hacking, nothing good isn't??? Good values in life, right?  ppfff
