These call comes from a company who will try to sell you things like pens, candy, highlighters with your logo on it. If you order once from this company they will continue to call you several times a year. The salespeople are very aggressive. If you say no a few times the prices get better.

This was listed as the callback number when I disconnected that call. The salesperson called back and left the 800 number.

DALLAS,TEXAS AND ASKED FOR OUR MARKETING DIRECTOR.SHE WAS AMERICAN AND VERY
PLOLITE WHEN I GAVE HER THE INFORMATION.
I APOLOGIZE BUT I DIDN'T GET A COMPANY NAME.

This is RDJ Specialties. As stated they sell logo items. They call, and call and call. Then when you don't answer, they call from a "restricted" number. When I answered once and told the caller to please stop calling as she had called from multiple numbers she told me to go to hell. Then when I called her supervisor and requested that they no longer call he said that he would take care of it. The calls resumed in two weeks. Unfortunately I can't block the entire 901 area code or I would. They are a very unethical and bothersome company.

A woman saying she was calling from Memphis, Tennessee and wanted to speak to our principal. I asked her to identify what company she was calling from and she didn't answer, but only asked me if he was available. I told her that legally, she needs to identify herself and what company she is calling from and she gave up and hung up without saying anything else. Such a fun waste of time.

Has called repeatedly, sometimes for weeks, on a daily basis. Asked them to stop, and they still call, despite being asked not to. We have hung up on them, left them on terminal hold...reporting to FCC now. http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

Called again, asking for me, claiming that she was told to call today. What lying scumbags these people are. Calling the Do Not Call Registry now. For the second day in a row. https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

This company calls 2-3 times a week, asking for different people in our department.  She states that she was told to call back today.  When I ask them to leave a name and number they won't.  I'm too busy for their repeated calls and they are very aggressive.  They use different numbers to call, so blocking isn't working.  

I have had numerous calls from this company who have done everything from being supper sweet, to down right rude.  They have called me just about every nasty word in the book because I will not let them speak to the director of our program.  Even after explaining they are not on an approved purchase list and that we are not allowed to purchase from them, I have been called a rude, stupid bi**h.  I have asked to be put on the do not call list in May, phone calls started up again today.

Want to fix this problem? Call 800.234.7357 and ask for Cindy (Customer Service), Lisa Vines (VP), Scott Rumptz, or Jim Rumptz (owners). All but the last are in on a daily basis. Merry Christmas!!!!

These people are just doing their job. They work straight comission. I have been doing business with this company for years. Lisa Cross and Brittney Jones have been nothing but professional and polite. My results have never been anything less than wonderful. I recommend RDJ to all who are looking for promotional items. They will always take care of you, it is their job!

These callers are perpetual PITAS's, who do not follow to the do not call registry. Avoid these AH's, Nothing good could be accomplished by answering their calls, or dealing with them!.
