This number calls several times a week, but I never answer and they don't leave a voicemail

It was a lady's voice saying "they are calling because I have stayed in one of their resorts in the past and I have enough points for.....".  I didn't finish listening to the message and hanged up.  She didn't sound like recording but I am sure it was a recorded message.

they hang up when you answerr.  I am on the do not call list.  I'm tired of getting the calls from all these different numbers.  Why sign up if they can still call you?

I answered the phone, it was a telemarketer...

Called and I hit decline on cell phone. Immediately called again and I hit decline again, immediately called back. I answered to tell to quit calling. Was a recording about student loan forgiveness. While on phone waiting for an option to maybe stop calls, the same number beeps in again!!! 4 times within 2 mins!!
