ANOTHER NUMBER THIS TIME BASED OUT OF MEMPHIS, TN  FROM THE INDIAN SCAMMERS THAT IMPERSONATE POLICE AUTHORITY TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU

INDIAN PEOPLE AGAIN CALLED ME AT WORK AND HOME STATING THEY WERE RICK BOYD FROM FINANCIAL CRIME PROTECTION DIVISION AND DECLARED THEIR CALL A LEGAL EMERGENCY IF I DIDNT CALL THEM BACK AND GIVE THEM SOME MONEY.  THIS NUMBER WAS BASED OUT OF MEMPHIS, TN.  ANYWAY ITS YET ANOTHER NUMBER FROM THESE SAME SCAMMERS. SURELY THEYLL BE STOPPED SOMEDAY SOON.  WHATS WEIRD IS THIS NUMBER WAS THE NUMBER THEY GAVE TO CALL BACK ON BUT ON THE CALLER ID IT SHOWED UP AS LLM SERVICES  2055885185 WHICH IS YET ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO DISGUISE THEIR REAL LOCATION AND IDENTITY.

I received a call from the same person and he left a message saying he is from teh Crime Protection Division, and that I will be arrested at my place of work, who is this a what does this guy want?  He called and the number that showed up was 839-121-0026, but he left the number to call as 901-347-5041, then he called again and left 901-328-9974

Same as the above...getting calls asking to pay immediately or be arrested.
I had a lawyer call them and they wouldn't talk to them.
What can we do to stop these people from calling?
They wanted a credit or debit card number for 4k or be arrested in 1.5 hrs.

guy called and asked if I knew "Bob" (who is a relative).  He said he was William Smith (yeah,right - when you can barely speak English) and that I needed to get a message to Bob as soon as possible or he would be in big trouble.  He left the phone number 716-200-4992.  So I called back and asked how he got my cell number.  He said Bob had given it for a reference.  By the way, Bob has no outstanding debt.  I asked what was the name of the company and they said that it was the Financial Crime Protection Division.  I asked for an address and got 1011 Kingston (something unintelligble), Buffalo, NY 07001.  The zip is from New Jersey.  So I called back and said this wasn't a valid address and they said they couldn't give me one.  I asked for a supervisor and was told again. They hung up on me.  I called back and was told that William was in a meeting with an attorney.  I told them I needed a valid address. They hung up again.  I called back, they didn't answer so I left a voice mail that I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the sheriff.  I also said they had better not call me again or call Bob or they would be sued.
BEWARE!!!!  You can't be arrested even if it is outstanding debt.

John Conner, the scammer called me today.  He has been leaving me voicemails for 3 months claiming he is a police officer and I should send him money or all he could do was wish me good luck.  Told me that my kids were in danger and my home would be destroyed and I would have a big mess to clean up.  I consider this a terroristic threat from a Pakistani accent guy that I don't owe any money.  I called the police.  IF they call you don't give them any money or believe their lies.  They will freak you out but keep your cool and call the law. DON'T SEND JOHN CONNER THE SCAMMMER One, dime.  Even if you owe money, be sure you payback the right company. I hate these guys and will help law enforcement put them behind bars where they belong.

Got a call from a Vincent Smith, Indian accent, saying a lawsuit is being filed against me and I should contact him right away.  I called and he told me I must wire him $600 today to avoid being arrested on my job. That was 3 weeks ago.  Today he calls again and says the same bull. I told him to have me arrested,and he started screaming. I told him to calm down and tell me who and why I had to send him money. he said you owe cashontime $800 but you pay me $600 I can stop your arrest, what a bunch of bull i told him to have me arrested so I can stay in jail and lay on my [***] and get 3 hots and a cot. He hung up.

A Vincent Smith called me at work, claiming I owed him money and I needed to settle in 24 hours.  I asked him whom did I owe and what for and he told me to shut up and get my credit card.  I said no, then he said the police would be coming for me and I would be arrested, he also said, I would be raped when I was jailed.  He said, only God can help you and asked me to confirm my banking information, I said no but he actually had my account numbers.  I hung up shaking and immediately went to the bank and changed my account numbers, I told the banking representative what had just happened and they told me this was a scam and it had been happening alot.  Apparently my information was stolen from the Internet or a payday loan lender sold it to them and now they are threatening not just me but thousands of people with lawsuits etc. What a scam.

I am so sick of these Indian accent, non speaking English [***] calling me all the time, they threaten that I am being sued and will be jailed. This crap has been going on for a year now.....I never send these [***] a dime and I cuss them out every time they call.  I'm getting sick of them. I want to meet them and settle this stupid crap.  Why can't these liers and thieves get arrested. They are wasting good air that someone descent could be using.  

They change their names and numbers and keep calling...demanding money......Come hell or high water I want be sending these lowlifes any money.  When you ask them for information and whom your suppose to owe, they get irrational and stupid.

They can't speak English, the ignorant monkeys need to find a real job and stop sitting and hiding behind the phone lines.

Hey everyone, go to youtube and type in Fake payday loan scammers and you will get all the information you need about these fake debt collectors.

My 72 year old dad has never had a payday loan in his life and one of these scammers called him and scared him to death and he ended up sending his entire social security check to them. So I am out to stop them and I will. Knowledge is Power, learn about their scams and report them to all agencies and call or e-mail Budd Hibbs, he will tell you what to do also. I don't understand how these criminals can sleep at night knowing they have scammed hard working old people. Anyhow, they will get there's. sooner or later they will be punished harshly.
