Got the call this morning Tuesday October 15th,, 2013
'When I answered my phone, there was total silence for 3 seconds, and then hung up.

Call on my cell phone at 9:33 am Tuesday October 15th 2013.  Didn't answer as I don't recognize the number.

Same for me at 09:45 on October 15th. Strange. On my cell phone as well.

Received the call at 9:57AM (eastern time). Silence for a few seconds before hanging up.

Same for me they called twice at 9:51 on my cell phone as weel

Got a call from this number.  Didn't answer, no message left.

Must be a dialler....I got a call at 10:05 this AM.  Missed it, but called back later to get a recording stating that I had called to participate in a survey, but the survey time had expired.  I've heard this more than once, and it seems to be a new standard response of outbound diallers.

Same thing 09:54 AM. didn't answer

There should be higher fine for telemarketers targeting cellphone users.

Same. Called at 9:41 and called back from unlisted number and got same message as Mike - recording stating that I had called to participate in a survey, but the survey time had expired.

Wouldn't waste my time answering or calling back since this compant cannot even wait for a live contact.

Called my cell this morning at 9:21am CT. It was an automated message stating that I won a cruise.

I received the same call on my cell Oct 15 @ 10.20am, number first came in as 011-190-2708306, rang once then came in on call display as -1-902-708-8306.  I answered, but no one came on the line. I am with Koodo
