Repeated calls. When call is returned no answer

I am pretty certain this is a business wanting to share information about furthering one's education.  I have been receiving calls from them ever since I posted my resume on some of the free sites.  I have requested they quit calling and asked to be removed from their system but they aren't listening.

Called my cell phone, left no message.  I called back.  They were calling about academic degrees.  Asked them to remove my number & they said "no problem." We'll see.

Repeated calls. Call back its academic degrees.net block the number just to get more calls the following day from the same place just different numbers.
