This is a collections for either WAMU or Chase Bank.  They keep calling my cell phone.  No messages and if you call back no one answers.  I never had a mortgage from them and don't owe them any money.  I blocked the call.  We'll see what happens.

hello sammy...ive been trying for 2 years...what is your status with them now ...they just dont seem to want to help...only thing holding them off of  forclosure is my lawyer

I am continually getting calls from this number at very random hours in the middle of the night, very early morning and during the afternoon. I rarely answer my phone unless the number is familiar to me, since this wasn't I never answered it.  Then one time I did and whoever it is waited a few seconds then hung up!

2 days pass without a call from that number, then this morning at 5:30am! I get the call once again.  I called back and says this number has been dissconnected.  Something needs to be done about this hattasment!!

Chase is currently being sued in a class action law suit for these calls to peoples cell phones. They have our numbers on automatic dialers which is in violation of collection laws. I had my loan modified and they not only screwed that up, but lost one of my mortgage payments and now insist I am a month behind. I even faxed the moron's my bank records to prove I have never been late or missed a payment. Been having this argument with them well over a year now and still nothing is resolved.

I keep getting calls from this number, first they call my cell phone then they call my work #.  I missed both calls but no messages were left on my voice mail. I have a mortgage with Chase.
