I received a call from this # , saying I would be able to qualify for up to 5000. Is this true?

I also received a call saying I was approved for a loan of $5000. I called the number back and it's a Google voice number. There is no legitimate business going to use a Google voice number!

Got a phone call from Kevin Depp (same number). He said my loan app had been approved and was sending the money. I said what, I never applied for a loan. He had my name and phone number correct but not my address. He said it sounds like a case of stolen identity. He also said, it would cost me $25 to cancel the loan which I can afford if I am the right person, otherwise the money is being sent to the person who made the loan app because he already paid $250 up front. When I asked him the name of the company, he said I don't trust you I am not telling you. I called back later and got the same person. He told me the name of the company is Cash Advance. I told him I want my number removed from the list. He said Forget It! The deal has already been completed.

Got a phone call from Kevin 904/290/3887 who said he was from advanced loans. He said my loan app had been approved. I said I never applied for a loan and he said yes you did. He told me that if I wanted to cancel the loan that I would need to pay $100. I told him I wasn't paying him anything and to take my name off his list. He said no and told me that I could be arrested for not paying. I hung up.

I Got a email stating i was approved for 5,000 loan with a contract to sign and if i had any questions to call this number, see below i copy and pasted, the name was different tho.
