I just received a letter addressed to my Wife from some guy who says his name is Ron Grant.

The letter paper is "yellow letter" size 8.5 by 11.

The message on the letter has the look of "hand-written cursive."

But there is no doubt in my mind that it is a xerox'd form letter,  just faked to look like it is hand-written.

The letter is not dated,  and there is no return address:

The letter says :

Dear (my wife's first name):

Hi:

My name is Ron Grant.
My wife Beverly and I would like to

    "BUY"

Your house at  (lists my address).

Please call us at
ph# 904-371-3164

I figure this is fraud of some sort.

I too have received this EXACT letter in my mailbox....this is definitely a scam.
