These guys were calling me a couple times a week about my student loans and then somehow their number ended up in my contacts list under a friend's home phone number. Not sure if these guys somehow hacked my phone and put their number in so I would pick up. Seems real fishy to mr.

Harrassing student loan calls. They claim they want to help you then they ask for your checking account and routing number. Do not give them this! They claim it's the only way to get into a payment plan. Call Sallie Mae directly and deal with them. I asked for a written payment plan agreement and these guys gave me nothing but a letter explaining who they are. Always get everything in writing before you do anything.

These people harass you an are very rude.
This must be what it's like to talk to a loan shark.

Got a call from them at WORK...for another employee.  After they asked for him I said he was busy...which he was as I didn't even know who was calling.  After her going on bout its an embarassing situation I told her he was busy still.  Then she asked for payroll...which that number isn't laying around.  Then she wanted manager...well I work at small radio station and don't have night manager as I am only person usually here at night.  Also our hours only go til 5pm and she called at 7pm.  Then she insulted my company for not having a manager at night.  I asked her for her name and employer and she told me she didn't have to tell me...wow!  I asked her what it was about and then she told me well aren't you just a part-time employee?  I hung up called back and told their customer service dept. what a horrible employee they had.  That is not how you run a company.  I used to work for tele-marketing company and If I ever talked like that I would have been fired.  So long story short they are a rude company looking for payroll to garnish your wages...
