Didn't answer. Got an automated voicemail saying I needed to call them back immediately about money owed. I've gotten the same recording from many other numbers- all a scam.

A guy with a foreign accent (picture the pirate from the movie Captain Phillips). I called back and he answered, "Hello, IRS." Wanted my phone number, name and address. Of course I gave him a false name and the telephone number to the actual IRS as well as the IRS address. He then told me I owe $8600. Hahaha I wasn't born yesterday but I entertained the call. I then decided that since I don't really use the minutes on my cell phone plan being mobile to mobile calling is free...I blocked my number and kept calling him. All throughout the day. I harassed the harasser. Good times. He was getting so mad that he would answer my calls, not say anything and immediately hang up. I felt accomplished!
