I got a call from this number 9904-402-9658. They never leave any message. Anybody know who this is?

This is a guy name Jack Wilson, pretending as a Government employee working for a financial Investigation agency on money laundering, loan collection and etc. This guy is trying to extort money by saying that he can settle the case off the court. So if it's OFF the Court, he's trying to get money out from your pocket. Beware of this Guy, his accent sounds like a chinese or vietnamese crazy guy.

Don't entertain their call, they will sometimes used a private phone (incoming phonecall number is hidden).

I recieved a call from this number and when I called back they said I recieved a 500 dollar onine payday loan.  which I have never applied for or recieved.  He said I got it back in 2009 and he would file a lawsuit against me. He quoted me my ssn# and my banking acct number to me.  I don't know how he got my info.  I told him I would get my bank records and prove I never had a payday loan given to me.  He got mad and hung up.  I called him back and asked if he would provide proof of the deposit and he said to be ready for a big lawsuit and hung up again.  I called my bank and closed the account and opened an new one I was afraid he might could draw money out of my account. It is scary how he has my information.

This guy just called me saying my sister used me in reference to a pay day loan, called my sis too. wouldn't tell her when she took it out or anything. Hung up on her, and had a real nasty attitude towards me. Isn't there anything anyone can do?

this dude Jack Wilson called my mom sayin that i used my email for illegal activity and said to contact him before he takes it to court. threatening me and my mom sayin we are in alot of legal trouble which is BS. i was so lost and confused. so thank you for all of you people who posted these warnings. we need to do something about this dude, cause all of what was posted about this number and this man jack wilson had done to me too. lets get this dude.
this dude calls from 9044029658 and uses the name jack wilson and has an hindu indian accent/ mexican sounding

Our home has also been receiving calls from this guy, he does go by the name of Officer Jack Wilson, he is relentless in calling, day and night, if you hang up on him, he will keep calling.  He told us that the case against us was fraud, he doesn't give any information on the case, he asks you to confirm personal information, which we did not comply, he threatens to send police to your home and arrest, which never happens.  He has been calling for weeks, and if we hang up he just keeps calling and calling and harrassing us.  We're about to change our home number.  He also has my nieces number and calls them to harrass them about this supposed 'fraud' case against my daughter in law.

He has a heavy indian accent, most defintely and he is a complete MORON!

This guy Jack Wilson called saying that my husband was under investigation for something that he would give no information about. He also called my 15 year old son's phone saying if he didn't call back that he and my husband would have legal trouble. When my son called back, he just said my husband used him as a reference on something and still would not say what it was about. I am wondering if this guy needs to be reported to real authorities. He states he works for federal investigations, but when I ask for some kind of proof he gets upset. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he put me on hold, then got back on the line acting like a different person. When I called him out on it, he started yelling and saying the supervisors are too busy. He has a heavy accent.

I received MANY phone calls from this Officer Jack Wilson, which he admitted when I called back that he actually wasn't an officer of the law, my husband actually is, and he said my husband was in legal trouble for fraud. He couldn't tell me his name, where he was calling from, or any real information. He was extremely rude and called my sister and a friend of ours rattling off my husbands social security number. I have saved his messages on my voice mail but an now blocking this number from my cell phone. I am going to talk to our attorney tomorrow because he is now harassing family and friends. We have no clue who he is, have no outstanding loans, and don't need him impersonating an officer or telling people our social. Something has to be done about this guy. He barely speaks English, I'm going to have to guess his name is NOT Jack Wilson..

It is a scam do not give nothing out

This buthole needs to be stopped. He tried to get my cousin sayin she owes $700.0 for a prepaid Visa card that we was in fraudelaunt. How he knew my number and that we were kin was scary. I called him, cussed him, and was going to report this. He hung up. I called back 20 times in a row. He hung up. A legit business does not do that. I would love to get a hold to this so-called man and hang him by his nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This needs to stop and now.

This guy calls my husbands cell phone 1000 times a day. I called it back from my home phone and got voice mail. He called my home phone back asking "who is this" I asked him who he was and what company he was with. He said "I am not with a company" but I could tell it was a call center in India from the back ground noise. he refused to tell me who he was with and hung up.

I got the same message but the guys name is David Parker. He told me I was using my email and using my bank accout for fake checks etc. and that I tool out a loan with Cash America and never repaid. I told him that I needed to do some research and that I was not going to give him anything. I also told him that I heard of a payday scam like this one and some one calling with a Hindu accent. He took offense to this, I guess, because he said "You think I have a Hindi accent" and I said "yes". He told me "Well I think you are a scammer!" and he hung up. LOL   A couple of months ago I also got a call from Mark Thomson. Same Hindu accent. I was really scared the last time, because I did not know about this scam. Then I did my research and found out that these people are scammers. So this time around, I got his call, and mocked him all through out his shpill on how I owe money etc.

I got this call from them and said if i didnt pay by friday they would put a warret for my arrest now when i told him i would call the fbi the phone is unavailabe

I just received this voice mail message from 904-402-9658, from what sounded to be an Indian, who said the following: "This message is for Ryan, Tom Wright. This is David Clark and nature of my call is extremely time sensitive and I was, I told I could speak to. You wouldn't go to Nikki I have landed upon a voicemail and I can order the information on the voicemail. However I need you to get back to me immediately the very next moment you get this message, as this document account to correspond to you towards a legal issue. Number to my division is 904-402-9658. Again the number is 90440296 log now. If you cannot return this call for any reason please have we'll retain attorney on the standby to present for you and Jessica because I called it to me because it will be in your best interest if I don't hear from you." Then he called my mother as I get notifications from her machine as well. I am tired of getting threatened by strangers especially foreigners  extorting money from Americans! GET A JOB! REAL ONE! He needs to be stopped!

What can be done to stop these calls? He keeps calling (even though I told him to stop and that I was aware this was a scam) and making threats. He tells me to shut up when I speak and that he will continue to call me a million times a day on my cell.

My husband just got a call from this guy claiming to be David Parker.  Said that he couldn't leave any information on our voice mail and that he needed to call back as soon as possible,  He couldn't pronounce my husband's name right.  He says that it is a time sensitive issue and that he or his attorney should call back.  I agree with you that it is a scam.

Just got a call from this man. Could not understand him. Hung up on him. Call my cell right back told me that Terry Brown and myself would be going to jail. He said that Terry Brown used my name as a refrence. I do not know a Terry Brown. Had my support staff call him back and she pushed him and he ended up hanging up. He said his name was officer David something. Very threating. Please do not give them any information. This is a scam...

I received a phone call yesterday. Being that I was at work I just ignored it. They called 7 times. One time an Indian guy left a message that stated it was an emergency call. When I called back he said that it was legal matter and he would connect me. I hung up. This is very annoying. He hasn't called back as of yet but it just upset me I couldn't keep my focus on work. I am so glad I checked this out. There has been several scam artists calling people and the local authorities know about it. Don't answer.

yeah just got this call from a David Barker and the other day he called himself Officer Kevin Smith tries to change his accent, don't give him any info. Block or change ur numbers. also calls my work lines i  tell him the person dont work here and to stop calling i'm recording all incoming calls for my attorneys.

Thank you all for posting. I now feel so much better since the guy Officer Wilson was so rude to me. I tried to explain to him not to contact me at work since we did not allow personal calls but he got all rude and nasty on me. He says its a legal matter and threatened to put me in jail. I asked him for his badge number and he hung up.
