i am also getting calls from this # it is a colletion company for the state of fl they say it is the last place for them to colect befor it will go to the courts it is in jacksonville fl there address is 6501 arlington expressway jackson.fl 32211

they call me all the time and when i call back no one answers n i just get a recording

They have called several time. I called back they said they are the check fraud division??

They have left me the same message and I know that is not true. I refuse to call them back, because of my profession. I know that anything of this nature must be submitted in writing before a debtor can legally call you. And if it is not in writing it is called harassment.

someone called me from this #. I don't owe anyone any money. So why would they call me.

They called several times leaving the message: "Hello, I'm from the office of Florida processing. Your file has been assigned and we'd like to go over the details with you." They don't give a file number or my name. Can we say scam?

My wife and I received a call from this same company. The recording sound's threatening. I am a Sgt. In the Marine Corps. and I don't take kindly to threatening calls. I called the number back looking for a fight but didn't get anyone in person. My wife and I think this is a scam and we are prepared to take action against them.

I received a call from this # and answered and the man left his name as being Derrick Watts wth Florida processing. he stated he was wth a ck fraud division gave me a case # but I knew something wasn't right wth the entire conversation.

They didnt leave a message but when I returned the call they asked a series of questions to pull up my file. When I asked what the call could have been about they said they do several things & that I need to listen to my messages and tell them why they called.

They called my elderly mother making threat to  send a warrant out for her arrest i requested a debt validation letter and they faxed it but they claim the check was written in 2008 that is over the statue of limitation and my mother has no knowledge of the check and they cant provide a check number. A Lacy Parker called twice in one day and they are very unprofessional. The fax they sent to me look like a scam. and the email they provided was a g-mail account.I call a debt lawyer. at 1-888-595-9111.

I got the same recorded message.  Derrick Watts from the fraud division in Florida.  The call was to my son's ex-wife of about 10 years.  I picked up on the call, but the recorded message continued.  This sure sounds like a scam.

Recieved the same thretening message as most of you, now twice. I have turned it over to my AG for harrassment.

This same number has been calling my cell phone for a person I don't even know.  I have answered and talked to several people and can't get it through their thick heads that I don't know the person they are looking for.  One guy even told me "that I must know them because they listed my phone number".  Seriously, how dumb of a statement was that.  Anyway, today I told them if they didn't stop calling my number I would report them and they got really hateful with me then hung up.  I'm just feed up with it.  .

I have been receving these annoying voice mails on my cell phone...telling me or my counsel to notify them. They identify themselves as being from Florida and they are very intimidating...When my husband tried to call them back all he got was voice mail.

My friend received a call from these people stating they are looking for me, so I called. Talked to a rude Kim Watson who threatened a warrant for my arrest, but did not state why. When I threatened to call police, I was hung up on.  However, they continue to call and say "Got ya"

I checked my recent phone records...I received 3 calls from this number in December with the same message.
Dec. 5 at 7:01 p.m.
Dec 13 at 7:43 p.m.
Dec 22 at 6:00 p.m.

Since I have reported this number to the FCC, I have not received any more calls....

Called me today from 904-619-1819 and said they were the last step before going to court for check fraud to a check cashing place, caller ID just said Processing. I asked them to produce a bill and send it to me because I had no recollection of the debt and for some reason its like they didn't want me to pay anything just wanted more credit info, she said it wasn't debt it was a fraudulent closed account check. I told her the account wasn't closed in 2008, when she said it was written, and she said I have no idea when tried cashing the check sir. So I told her you are representing someone and don't even have the transaction details, or have the right address for the person who you say wrote the check?? She said well you think you have all the answers huh, well we'll see how you feel when we find you!! NOW what kind of threat is that, I wish I knew what kind of lawyer could go after these people for Stalking, Threatening People, and Phone Harassment because I sure want to go after them. They didn't even get my address correct saying I lived in a county that didn't even exist. I basically went off on the woman and told her to get a life and get her facts correct before harassing people. Then called back to get HER info and she answered the phone (huge operation huh) and you couldn't even understand her but basically she gave me a PO BOX address which was Po Box 5848 Jacksonville, Florida, and I asked for their actual address and she said they don't give that out, and I said Yeah I bet you don't, but I got enough and then she hung up on me. LOL wow some people, just.....wow!!
