got a call from this number saying i committed fraud. they will not tell you anything until you give them you ss#. since they called me i refused to give my ss# and was told they would file charges against me.

My ex recieved a call from this number.  Actually a message was left for her to return a call.  No company names were revealed but a person who identified herself as Karen Chapman went through some BS regarding some state and federal legal crap.  Seems that they are a bill collection company and this person is some sort of skip tracer.  If contacted by this outfit, ask as many questions as possible and answer as few as necessary.  The are laws against this type of harrassment, so the more information you arm yourself with the quicker this crap will cease.

I receivede a call from Karen Chapman after she got my phone number from my mother. Karen stated that there is fraud charge against me in the State of Florida for NSF. They stated that I wrote a bad check to CashNet USA, which is a lie, I paid it full (a settlement agreement) with CashNet USA. She said that she works for CashNet USA and that they would never do an settlement agreement. I told her I have the letter stating so. Karen proceeding to say that the company I paid the settlement agreement to is a fraud. I called the company that bought CashNet USA stated this lady is a fraud and that I should fa her the settelment letter, which I will do as soon as I get her fax number. I hope this will take care of this issue, I'm really afraid of going to jail. This is crazy.

This person, Veronica called my place of employment this morning (not once, but twice).  Said that she was from the Check and Fraud Division and spoke to one of our assistants in the office, telling them that I need to contact them as soon as possible.  The office assistant stated that this woman was very rude and threatening, so he immediately hung up the phone

Got the same call this morning!  Then found out later on they called my sister looking for me!  Same Cash Net USA bull.  The lady identified herself as Linda Stevens.  She would not tell me who she worked for and was very rude.  Kept making threats about putting a warrant out for my arrest, that I had commited a felony.  When I asked her for an address she hung up on me.  These people need to be stopped from harrassing and scamming people out of money.

Got the same call yesterday morning.  The lady identified herself as calling from "the office of Linda Stevens", and said that her extension was 202.  She said that I was a "person of interest" in a case.  She said that if I didn't respond, she was going to move forward with pressing charges because I had committed a felony.  Needless to say, my sister is a lawyer and she said that it was a scam.  When I called the office back, an answering machine picked up with some guy's voice on it, talking about providing a case number.  I am sure that it has something to do with Cash Net USA.....

I got a call on Friday June the 11th from a lady named Linda Stevens the number on my caller id showed up as 904-619-0529.  She told me she was from the offices of Cash-Net USA and she was calling to collect on the debt.  I told her that mom paid that off using her checking account, she said that they don't have any records of payment and that they don't do that.  She said if we don't show proof or have payment to her within an hour to her she would have no other option than to call Jasper County and proscute me for fraud.  She told my mother that I deliberlitely took the loan and then closed my checking account.  When my mom said other wise she just said she knows better, mom went on to tell her that she would have a hard time proving that.  When mom said we needed more time than an hour and that was a little ridiculous the lady hung up on her.  The problem was my was out of town at a doctor's appointment with my brother and we didn't have the money.  The lady had her convinced that the loan we had paid off was the wrong loan.  On Monday the 14th I came up with proof it is the correct pay-day loan.  So if you get a call from this number or this lady be aware, she will not give out a company name.

They use illegal means to get you to pay for outstanding payday loans. The owners name is Chris L. McDonald. They also use the phone number: 904-253-3224 & 904-619-4784. Please read further for info on how you can stop this harassment instantly.

I paid these people. I am now in litigation with them to get my money back plus damages, because I fell for the scare tactics that they are using on you. Please, please take my warning. Do NOT send money to them. They are not legitimate.

I am suing with a personal hired attorney- the company and two of the employees. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Dept of Consumer Services. My suit is going through the process and will take time, but I do not mind.

The people who work there, one I know for a fact- due to his rap sheet sitting in my files, has a huge horrendous arrest record. They are CONFIRMED criminals. Please do not pay them.

Demand that they send you proof of the debt in writing with the original creditor information. Ask the rep who calls (they will act like you are crazy for asking for the name of the company 'It's ___ from the State of FL' -they are not) for their name and title and an address to send a cease and desist letter.

Google cease and desist letters online, find one and type in your information. Mail regular mail and registered return receipt. Keep all of your documents, and write down EVERY instance you get a call from these people and what they said.

They MUST comply or you can contact all of the places I have mentioned including a personal litigation attorney who works on contingency. These collectors must be stopped. If you hire an attorney, they will get you $1000 minimum as that is what the state allows for debt collectors that violate the law, and you do not have to pay for the attorney- the collector at fault does!

I work for a law firm that is dealing with a similar situation where the scammers are using our firms name to try and lend legitimacy to their operation. BIG mistake.

Today I was contacted by someone who was targeted by these criminals and he was calling our office seeking legal counsel to protect himself. By the end of our call he was very relieved that he wasn't going to jail over this.

I then turned around and with the information he gave me I got the company name, address and alternate phone numbers.

I then sent all this information along with the caller's account of what happened to an FBI agent that our office has worked with in the past and is supposed to be investigating the other scam that is using our name.

Hopefully this will put a stop to these criminals.

Received many calls regarding a past due balance to initial company Cash Net. My family & I fell on rough finanacial times so I fell way behind on payment. Make a long story short, while I was trying to get myself together financial to pay this debt in full my account was passed on to Advance Check Processing. Needless to say, I went from struggling to stressing due to the threatening phone calls by cell, & at work stating that they would take me to court. Because I had never experienced a situation such as this, along with the fact that I truly want to payoff the balance due, I started making arrangements. The offered options that were way out of my league as to how I could pay in full. Meanwhile, I made arrangements that were over my head just to keep them off of my back. I started feeling like I was not just being ask to pay a debt but most importantly harrassed. The other concern is that I've been asking for about two months documentation from this company and still haven't received anything. At this point, I am seeking legal counsel as well as withholding all payments until I receive confirmation of payments from ACP. Meanwhile, I have my own documentation in support of this issue. I did contact the initial loan company. However, they will no longer accept payments once an account has been turned over to a collection agency. I was told that ACP is indeed legit but that they are one of the nastiest companies out there & do not have the right to treat people as reported...to be continued

Claimed to be "James from United Health Care" - you could hear him ruffling his damn script.  The idiot called a 7 in the morning!!

Keeps calling claims she's calling about equipment and asking for owner who is very busy, note most owners are not sitting around, they she gets snippy.

Big time scams artists!!!!!! They are using any tactics to get free money. The lady who called was an older lady. She claimed she was selling equipment just to talk to the owner. As i read other reviews on here and other sites looks like they have changed their tactics a little by stating they are selling equipment. Shame on the company and all that work for them knowing they are scamming people. Little are they aware because of their stupidity that karma comes around and they are digging their own grave.

Just got a call from "Debbie" asking to speak to my company's owner.  She was very short with me on the phone when I said he wasn't in.  She told me I needed to take down her phone number and have him call her back asap.  I asked what the nature of her business was and all she would say was "tell him it's the equipment company".  Caller ID listed it as "South Eastern".
