Called me from 911 and requested me 2 call 904-677-2704. Were very rude and threatening with warrant for lawsuit. Really lawsuits do not require warrants ( summons),they need 2 know the process before calling. Telling me that police was would be at my home within 30 minutes. I hung up and they continue 2 call and harass. Whatever happened to just sending the police. Definitely a scam. I never received any money from the lender they're claiming I owe. Called local police to file a report. Wanted me 2 stay on the phone with them and go 2 a Walgreens and place money on Visa card. Said I couldn't hang up or deal to settle this was off the table. They didn't even care how long it would take me 2 get to the store. Really what legitimate business does that

Just got the call today from 9-1-1...that is how it showed up on my pre-paid cellphone. Man that called was of Middle Eastern descent and said that his name was David Cooper, and that he had a warrant for my arrest and that the sheriff's department would be at my house in 30 minutes to arrest me...lol...he sort of got rude with me, so i basically got rude right back. Told him to call the sheriff's department and send them on out! I hung up on him, and he calls back about 5 minutes later and gets really rude with me, cussing me (calling me a MF), and I started in on him again. I never gave him the opportunity to tell me why he was calling (if it was for a debt or not). The only problem that I had with this man calling me and harassing me like this was the fact that he read off MY SSN, date of birth, address where I am living, and my place of employment. I don't enter any info like that (especially the SSN) online, so I'm still trying to figure out how he got all my personal info. I did call the sheriff's department just to verify that there was NOT a warrant out for my arrest...I know for a fact that there isn't...fiance is in a FL DOC prison, and if there was a warrant out for my arrest, then I would not be able to visit him! The officer that I spoke with actually called the number back (904-677-2704) and asked for officer David Cooper or Sargent Sam Wilson, but when the officer was first connected, the man on the phone said he had reached Pam Bondi's office....no way!!! She is the Attorney General for the state of Florida, so the officer told me that he would keep calling that number to see exactly how far up the political chain these people will go, but he also did state that he would be calling the Attorney General's office to let them know that there is a scam going on and they are using HER name...which by the way, is a criminal offense...lol...would love to see the tables turned on these folks!!!!

Oh forgot to mention that he did give me a case number.....sv000421....which is not a case number of ANY KIND here in Florida!

I just received a call also from 911 and they said that I needed to call Sam Wilson with the attorney generals office and there was a warrant for me.. and that I needed to call 850-725-2385. I turned them into the police here..

My call came from a 202 number. Lady had a deep accent but said her name was felisha smith.  Said I owe 2300.00 and if I didn't pay I would spend 3 years in a prison in Alaska.
