I also got a call from this number and no voice mail message was left.

I got a call just now.  When  I answered there was only silence on the line. 904 is a Florida area code.  As I am from Canada it is surely a scam.

Where should we report these scam numbers ?. These guys need to be fined heavily for unnecessary suspicios calls.

Got a call from this number today at 9:52 a.m. No voice message. Did reverse lookup and found this number from a land line in Green Cove Springs, FL. Don't know anyone in Green Cove Springs, FL.

Got a call two hours ago from this number 9048630200. Reverse lookup was US LEC Communications (PAETEC again!) in Green Cove Springs, FL. Trouble with trying to do something is that Canadian area codes not covered in the US DO Not Call List. And Can. Do Not Call List will not cover a Florida number.
Think I'll grind my teeth for a while.

I got a call from this number, but there was just silence. The same thing happened on my cell phone, and nobody has that number.

Two calls 20 minutes apart, no messages left, just two hang ups on my voicemail.

If you call the number back, you are able to put yourself on their Do Not Call List.

Don't know if it will work or not, but I can't see any reason they would want to call someone who has clearly indicated that they will not buy from them.

Calling scammers back is just plain STUPID, and the only people who will suggest it are the scammers themselves or complete idiots, this clown is one or the other.

Oh, and if you don't understand why they would keep calling, you haven't read much of what gets written on this site. It clearly happens constantly. If you don't have clue, or you're trying to run the SCAM on here, just go the F away.

I just got a call toady and get a voice message that I have a credit card problem and as me to press 1 to speak to rep, press 2 to..... this is clearly a SCAM. Someone tells me as soon as I press 1 or 2...it will hook up to something and your phone bill will jump to the sky.... Simply just hang up.

got a call from this number and i called them back...they say they are associated with visa and mastercard, company name Accellerated Services...the lead in is that they will reduce your credit card rates...what a scam!  Whether I can report them on DNCL or not, I'm going to try because the Canadian Government is still doing a half-[***] job of stopping this intrusion into our private homes.

Got a call at 12:45pm.  Did not anwser it.  No message was left.

The company claims to lower credit card rates and is trying to get your personal information, including credit card number.
They are paetec's customers.

and complain to them about this number - they admit it is their customer. they will try to give you number to call to remove yourself from calling list - but it does not work in Canada - tell it to Paetec!

Ask them to contact this company on your behalf.

The only reason I'm looking this number up is because they called me twice within an hour. One time it was 3:30 pm and the other was 4:30 pm. What was really annoying was that it left a voicemail message with dead air. Besides being creepy, does anyone know why the dead air voicemails happen?

I too received a call from 904.863.0200 twice within 20 minutes, left no message just hung up.

Thank you to whomever tracked the number to Paetec -- they will receive feedback from me every time I get a call from this number.

PAETEC provides phone service, just the same as AT&T or Verizon.  Would you want someone to call your phone carrier and complain about your number?  Do you think the phone carrier can do anything about it?
