- Sunshine| 4 repliesReceived this call today - Canada has a "Do Not Call" registry, which we belong to. No message was left on the answering service. 1.904.863.0208 #
left in Caller ID - JRThey keep on calling about the last change to settle the bills and lower the interest rate of my credit card (which of course, I do not have business with them). It is a recorded message asking to press 1 to talk to an operator. After pressing 1 a person called David wanted to get information. I kept on asking him questions like company name, telephone number etc. until he decided to hung the phone.
I always report this kind of companies to the "Do not call" service.
That company is a scam! WARNING: do not provide any data to them- Caller: Dynamic Solutions

- Jane WidermanReceived a call from an unknown caller -- 904-863-0208 -- despite the fact I am enrolled in Canada's Do Not Call Registry.
Would appreciate not hearing from them again. - Laurai didn't answer the call and no voicemail was left, but the keep calling. i have yet to answer. There has to be somewhere to report this! I am also on the canada do not call list
- XanderAlso failed to spot the "904" immediately as I'm also in 905.
For complaints about the Do-Not-Call list, it does not protect you from cross-border telemarketing. Calls from the States are unaffected by Canada's registry.- Call type: Telemarketer
- xyzCalled at lunchtime today. No message left.
I am also enrolled in Canada's DNC service. - filigree| 1 replyCall from "whoever" at 904-863-0208. It is an automated call with instructions on pushing #1 to talk to a customer service agent or #2 to "lower your interest rate." So, I pressed #1 and ask that they take my number off their list. The woman on the phone said something like "Well, with an attitude like that, no ma'am I won't take you off our list. And, have a wonderful day." So, I called the number back and got another automated message saying to press #1 to be removed from their call list. I am enrolled in Canada's DNC service. It doesn't seem to be working all that well.
- Cyclone| 1 replyYup, I also have received this one. My g/f owns our number and no credit cards (though I use this number, so they may have found it through me as well). The message claimed having tried several times to reach us and it's the final chance to lower my credit card interest rates. I hung up on those words.

- MrsBCredit card rate scam. Pressed #2 to opt out (yeah right) and they called back a few days later. Phishing scam.

- maggiebHave called for past 2 days. Did not pick up. However, I have discovered from other sources that the service provider for this phone number is Paetec. I went to the Paetec website (www.paetec.com) and made a complaint to their customer care department. I would suggest that everyone do so. Once they receive enough complaints they may cancel the account.
- In Canada replies to CycloneI received a recorded call from this # today. As soon as I hear it is a recording, I hang up.
- does not matterLowering credit card rates..Spoke to MEGAN advised her to remove me from their calling list.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- ob1Called Paetec, who said they are an ISP. They wouldn't give me the name of the company who owns 904.863.0208, but she gave me a toll-free removal number for them: 866.225.1956. Didn't work from Canada; can anyone in the U.S. use it?
- MarkI live in Canada for Christ Sake, why are they calling me???
- AnonymousCompany calling offering to lower credit card interest rates. Starts with an automated recording telling you it's your last notice to lower your rates and to press "1" to speak to someone or "2" to be removed from their list. When you press "1" and speak to an agent and ask the company's name, they claim it is "Card Services" based out of Woodstock, Georgia. They want you to have sufficient debt and a high annual interest rate to qualify for their "lower interest rate" service. When you proceed through their screening, it becomes apparent that they want the phone number of your credit card company and your credit card number to "verify" your credit card account status (balance owing, etc.). They either hang up or flatly refuse to give you their phone number or their address despite it being a CTRC rule for a telemarketer to do so. Agent did admit they were calling on behalf of a Canadian company (Which makes them governed by the Canadian National Do Not Call List rules). Sounds very fishy to me. Agent also claims they do not have a website. Suggest that every Canadian file a complaint against this company to the Canadian National Do Not Call List website (if you're on the list) at www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca
