We just got that call wanting exactly $399 told us it was from a cash advance company we never even heard of. They even had our address last 4 of ss number. So beware of these crooks. Keep a close eye on your accounts hope you all can avoid this mess!!!!

904 980-4571 calling 2 times same day today 13 April 2022. *Didn't answer* Voice message left- Male voice stating that I owed $399 and I was going to have the bad debt reported to all 3 credit bureaus. I looked up the number and there are so many SCAM WARNINGS! No call from me-

I'm getting this $399 Scam call daily now to call 904-980-4571. I block the number every day, but the next day it comes from another number. So frustrating, I want to call it just to tell them off, but I no that would be a big mistake. Maybe if I can find a payphone to call them from :)

Got the same message.  I noticed that one of the commentors said these calls are horrible for any one, especially senior citizens.   You are correct.  Some seniors will give their information or pay.  I'm a senior but I know it's a B.S. scam call.

I was told their company name was "Mediation Processing Services" and they are out of Jax, Florida. When asked what their address was, they said google it, which I did and of course scam alerts flew off the screen. My calls are saying $399 owed to Advance America. It was a settlement of an original debt of over $1000. When the debt was said to be incurred, the business was no longer in the state of NC and I had been gone for 7 years and in the Army. They got really irritated when I started reciting my rights as a debtor from the "Consumer Financial Protection Bureau" and the "Fair Credit Reporting Act". Check them out if you want to have fun with them the next time they call.

Their number shows as Colorado, Maryland, Mississippi, or Louisiana for me. Same old 904-980-4571 in the message though. They are being sued in 3 states so far.

As of August of last year the new company name is Global Processing Services, LLC.  Florida requires debt collectors to be licensed and there are no licenses under either of those company names.  I didn't think to check the name of the criminal running the operation but I will when I make up a report on them.  They seem to have a lot of addresses.  BBB gives them an F rating.

Same as others. A debt I don’t have with no details just a threat to report it on my credit.

ALSO - this same scam - same verbiage - comes to my voicemail every single day and every day a new phone number calls me with the same message and the number to call them back is always different.

Gosh how can we all have the exact same amount ?  I wished there was a way to stop all this nonsense, and the bad part is they will make money off of someone but not me

Said owe 399. Need to call back today by close or would report to 3 credit bureaus.!!  I know I don't owe that amount on any bill!! Google phone number, saw was a scam.! They don't tell you business name, who is calling, OR WHO bill is for.   SCAM. SO tired of this BS!!!  Is there no way to block or stop unwanted calls??
