- J| 1 replyIt's FedEx office in Canada.
- Caller: FedEx
- none of your business| 5 repliesThis is probably a scam. The number belongs to FedEx but it has been hijacked by scammers. I was called by this number and they ask for your cell phone number and full name. I asked them what my package was and they said it was a medium sized package (couldnt tell me what it was). I asked them where package came from and they said Pakistan - which is a lie cuz I never ordered anything there in my life. I called back the number after hanging up and got to an actual FedEx person who said theyve been dealing with scamming complaints all morning

- Sangeeta replies to none of your business| 2 repliesAgree. Do not give out any information. They ask when you will be there at home. What time they should deliver etc. Be cautious.
- Tygerkat replies to Sangeeta| 1 replyYou're right - dont give them any information. Ask them for the tracking number then look it up on the FedEx website.
- Nalz| 1 replyThey called and asked for my husband who I said was not in then asked me his number and address for verification for a parcel. I gave them the info that I now regret, what could they possibly do with the info, anyone know their motive?

- ConcernedCalled and said they were FedEx. They had my husbands name and our home address. They wanted his cell number to send him a tracking number. I think their scam is that they would send a fraudulent text with a link that would launch malware or something. It doesn't make sense that FedEx would give us a tracking number unsolicited. I told the caller he didn't have a cell phone and he hung up without saying a thing.

- SGThese people called my parents this morning, said they had a package to deliver to my mother (they knew her last name), then read out the wrong address (but right city) where they were sending the package, and asked me to confirm that was the correct address. I lied and said the address was correct, because I already suspected it was a scam, and because I know they were about to ask me for our address if I said it was incorrect. // Then they asked for a cell number to send the tracking number to. I asked them to give it to me over the phone and they said they could not. If this were really FedEx, they would have a way of giving people a tracking number who did not own cell phones. // What this scammer group is getting from people is a combination of the correct names, addresses, and cell phone numbers of people. They could use this to force and scare elderly people into doing almost anything. They're really evil. // Also, the poor woman who called me sounded really stressed and kind of desperate. I'm sure they're abusing the callers as well, who may not even know they're part of a scam.

- sdsMy wife got a call from this number at home saying that they have a FedEx parcel for me and they are calling from head office and that the parcel is from India . They had my full name and address and were asking for my cell number which she gave. They soon called me on my cell and asked me that there is a parcel on my wife's name and they wanted her cell number, which I also gave and the lady started asking my wife's first name, so I got a bit suspicious and said that if they had a parcel on her name they should have her name and I refused to give her name, so the lady said its fine, they will deliver the parcel tomorrow. I called FedEx soon and they said someone is using their phone number for some scam. I am not sure what are they going to do with the cell numbers and names they are collecting this way.

- JadGot a call from this number saying that fedex had a parcel for delivery. Asked for confirmation of my name and if they could give send a me text message for tracking. Now funny part is I was waiting for a parcel🤤. When they asked if someone wpuld be home between certain times and said yes, lady asked are you sure, I confirmed.
Then I got a text short time later. Which my security app indicted was a malware as the name on the link did not match the displayed name.
Total scam.
Glad I have monitored security.- Caller: Fedex

- ZadThe person called me from 9052125000, and said my name and asked for the cell number so he can send me the tracking number of the parcel. I said I don't have any cell number so he disconnected right away without saying anything. This must be an scam and please don't respond to it or don't give out any personal information. Normally, you should always know if you expect any parcel.

- Unknown| 1 replyI got a call from this number and the lady told me that I'm going to get a parcel the next day and if I'm going to be home to take the parcel. She asked me for my cell number so I gave it because I was expected a parcel. She also asked me if there is another cell number to contact I said no. I don't remember if she asked me my residential address. I have been waiting since a few days but I didn't get any parcel so I called on the same number and the legal FedEx office I told them the tracking number of the parcel but they didn't find anything in their computer. Probably, the tracking number of the object and of FedEx is supposed to be different. The frauds are using the legal phone number of FedEx head office. I'm scared and I wonder what they will do with my cell number and if they have my address. :( Does anybody have any idea?
