Annoying scam calls

As noted above, the call is from tellcityhall.ca, a market research company.  Call back number left in message is 888-883-7094.  Email address is info@tellcityhall.ca.

Just received a call from this number - chose not to answer as I don't answer unknown callers.  No message.  So much for the do not call list!

Didn't answer.  message was a hang up
