I get many calls from this number, 2 today.  I don't pick up but see the number on my call display.  I have reason to believe that the person calling is a criminal who wants to get my personal information.  I was caught once before a few months ago and divulged too much at that time.  How can I stop this person calling my home phone.

Call your phone service provider, tell them what's going on and ask them what to do. They can block the number for you but the caller can get around it by spoofing his number to your CallerID http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caller_ID_spoofing  You may have to change your number to lose him. They called me too.I just called them back and their answering machine says that they are glad I contacted the Fundraiser for CBM (Canadian Blind Mission).

They called me too.
In the past I have supported them once in a while.
They help the blind in Africa with laser operations and vitamin drops, etc...
I remember that Nelson Mandela used to endorse them!
Sometimes they show them on TV like World Vision!
