Multiple calls

Started calling December 13, 2021.  It only rings 1-2x and then hangs up and no messages left.
Searching the number does not give many results (one page of junk) which I suspect means it's a Collection Agency with yet another spoofed number.

You don't know who called, looked the number up and then somehow came up with the idea that it is a collection agency?  How did you come to that conclusion?  Are you getting a lot of calls from collection agencies?

Number just called no answer when I said hello. They called me yesterday too after 8pm and couple times In day

No name, no messages, no one's on the other end.

Bad Santa, trolling to see who has enough anxiety monkeys riding their backs that they are compelled to attempt to respond. Then he knows he's got a live one on the line.

Got call  you say hello,  machine says CRA Group Canada. Involve a personal matter and no one comes  on or leave message it hangs up right away.

Unfortunately, not only do scammers spoof their numbers - so do collection agencies. They hope to confuse the persons they are attempting to contact to trick them in picking up and answering their call. This is why caller ID is necessary so as to avoid ANY unwanted call. As soon as the caller hears "No one is able to take your call.", they hang up quickly. Best then to block them.

You seriously believe that you are communicating with your callers or that they will be stopping by to read what you posted?

Rings. No one on other end. Hangs up quickly.

No idea who it is. They keep calling since yesterday. If I don't know you and don't have you in my contact, I press the block number on you. Sore losers.

Confirmed that it was PRA Group
calling from yet another spoofed number.  I have recorded 25+ numbers they have used and this number was close to another number of theirs. They are calling for a family member who died over 2 years ago. I have given up trying to tell them (even sent a copy of the death certificate) so now I just block the numbers.  It works for a few days and then they call from a new spoofed number...

Keeps calling, never leaves a message. Must not be important. I picked it up once, and no one was on the other end.

Multiple calls a day, answered on for a second and a person with an accent was on the other end. I don’t know anyone with an accent, but they keep calling = spam
