Received a random call from this 'likely fraud' number that my phone was notifying me of. I had a woman asking me questions on the other line and then hung up.

Didn't answer cause my phone signaled spam but got saved as Scotiabank in my call log. Called the bank with their actually number and said no one was trying to reach me from their side.

Asked for my name and number

Man with foreign accent (India) called saying he was from Scotiabank in Ontario and that I qualified for some sort of $5000 offer. I hung up and will block the number.

Another "suspected fraud" or "likely spam" on the call display, that then morphs into "Scotiabank" in the call log.   I didn't answer.

Its either a scam, or some pushy FOB reading a three page script for something you don't want.

Phone displayed Scotiabank as caller, but it's not them. Don't answer. Just a scam.

That called me and said call from Scotia bank

I also got the scam call from here and i just need to tell everyone always verify their identity or cross check the phone numbers because phone number does not start with 1800   so basically save that genuine number as Scotiabank real and answer only that call

This number called me  and I didn’t answer  this is not scotia bank   phone number it’s a scammer
