I was asked the same question, except it was 48,000. Was this coming from James Uchida and Ms. Woods from a company called BHP Billiton PLC?  The company is legit, I wonder are they.

Having payment of $7200 being sent to me for rental of a room, four months rent plus security deposit with $5200 for furniture he had ordered and would I pay for the furniture when I receive the money.  Who sends money to a complete stranger to payment for furniture....Hello????  To good to be true...just looking for a roommate!!!!

Is it true for rental?

Ive been asked to contact that phone number in order to collect a payment to a company in China  Im in Latin America as I have some doubt y began to find out if the company is legal or a fraud

Hello Mr James Ushida sent me a check of 28,389.76 from a collection from a chiness company, but I try to cash it, and the check is fake, I dont what is the pourpose of it.

Scam.  Talked to a guy identifing himself as James Ushida.  He wanted to know whose name was on the check.  Did not care that I was a police officer, just wanted to know the person's name on the check.  Would not give me any personal information so I could investigate futher.  Hung up on me.

I received a check from a canadian bank from also a canadian company to be cashed by my company the address as I received it by mail I doubted it was something legal I called Mr Ushida and as you say he hang up on me when I try to find out what was going on science then  May I have not heard from him again of course the check must be a fake. The envelope adderess is form a Pobox in Toronto. Be very careful with this people. I dont know why the government of Canada is doing nothing against scam if you check by internet this phone you will find out has been doing this for  at least the last 4 years.
