Figured it was counterfeit.  Like who would really send a check in that amount?  Losers.

I didn't call the number but this is the letter that came with the number.

Ha, ha.
I just recieved that letter and as soon as I read it I laugh asking "how stupid does these people think I am?". Everybody knows a bank may give you the funds of a check you deposit but the check is not clear until 48 to 72 hrs. As soon as I saw a check for that amount and a letter saying I have only 48 hrs to send the money through Western Union, the word that came to my head was SCAM!!!. I should call the number to see what they say, but nah!!.
I wonder is there are people who actually fall for this trick?
