    I totally agree, except I recieved a letter from Alliance Financial Services with address: 150 King Street Int Claims Dept Toronto Ont said declared winners of DE-Lotto North American Sweepstakes Lottery held July 4th. Said Claims/Disbursement agent is Mrs Sandra Howard-direct line is 1-905-598-2853 & Martin Lawson is Promotion Manager. Tried to call but voice message said not able to take anymore messages. This is definitly sum scam.

    I got the same one. Hope people check this out before they sent the tax money or spend it without contacting these people. IT IS A SCAM. You can send your information to IC3.gov
