    number used in fraudulent "payment representative" email scams.  this number is being reported as that of Jon Smith (jon-smith@mail.com).
    This time the check belongs to a real company, Barr Systems in Plymouth Michigan.
    I like to waste their time, because as long as they are dealing with me, they are missing a real victim.  
    If you choose to be brave about these scammers, play along, and send the fraudulent materials (marking VOID on the chaeck to aviod more trouble, in the future) to the federal investigators in your country.  include a letter explaining who you are and that your fingerprints WILL be on the material, but that they should be excluded in criminal investigations, as you are the one turning them in and there is no way to avoid this "contamination"
