Contact your bank right now and admit to what you did.  They'll probably have mercy on you.  They'll take the money out of your account, but they won't hit you with bounced check fees or criminal charges.  

The way the scam works, they send you a large check  They ask you to send part of the money to another address to cover taxes or shipping fees or some other nonsense.  Your check clears, theirs bounces.  Your bank makes you pay back the bad check plus a bounced check fee.  The money you sent to covers taxes or whatever is gone.  The scammer vanishes.

REPORT THIS SCAM BEFORE THEY HUNT OTHERS

Don't do it. You can be charged with passing a bad check, get hit with bank fees, etc.

If you cash it at a Check Cashing place, you'll still be passing a bad check, just not at your bank. They'll come after you since they'll have your ID so the only way to prevent that is to hide your ID from the Check Cashing place in which case you are now using the scammers fake check to intentionally scam the Check Cashing place. Don't be stupid. Don't be a criminal.
