today I received a lette from MBT FINANCIAL SERVICES, P.O.Box 9004, buffalo New York 14201, with a check for the amount of $3,800.00 stating I won the lottery in the second category. this check is to be deposit only to pay tax on my winning (suppose I won)of $38,0000.00. It tells me to contact my claim agent Wiley Simons or Jaanne Lui at 1-905-598-6201. I did call and was advise to deposit and then call him again so they can pay the remaining balance. I ask him I do not have no checking account or saving account if I could open an account with it he said yes. I ask can I just cash the check he said no I need to leave the money their in the account. I believe this a a SCAM, FRAUD, HOW CAN WE PUNISH THIS PERSON WHO CAN WE COMPLAIN. THX HTB.

Yes I recived a letter today with a check of 3800 They told me to call this number which I did only got a recording saying that the voice mail was full The check look so real but until I talk to someone I think it might be a scam too.

I got the letter yesterday. I called my former boss at the bank I used to work at and she checked it out. It is a FRAUD! They want your checking account number! Don't fall for it people. If you cash that check and it proves to be fake you have to pay that money back to your bank.
