After several clarification delays caller introduced herself as S and S something. She had a heavy East Indian accent and was difficult to understand. She said she could reduce my Visa/MasterCard interest debt but I told her I had no interest debt because I paid the monthly bills when due. She became frustrated (but polite). She asked to speak to anyone at my number who does pay interest debt (as if others would but I didn't!)Finally she gave up and said good-bye.
