Unsolicited and unwanted cold call. We got a call from Donna. She was personable and represented herself as knowing the owner of the business. As the Executive Assistant I know all the contacts and who the owners use for services. This person has never called or been called. The caller is associated with Connections Personnel. Donna was polite but created the impression of a familiarity with the staff and owners that does not exist. There are no open positions at this firm, but I did not supply such information. Donna ended the call saying she will check in in the coming months. This indicates she is cold calling from a list and searching for leads. This is very annoying and takes away valuable time from customers and suppliers.
