Two calls from this number, blocked by NMR, 99% it's another scam, additionally 12 other calls from similar numbers starting with 909-271 in last few months, along with a multitude of other calls from Rialto in the past several months.

Identified by the caller as "J C Construction".  I asked to be removed from the calling list.  He said, "You're telling me that you don't have any work you need done?"  I told him I wouldn't hire anyone based on a phone call and hung up.
