My Mother's phone number has received three messages on her answering machine from 909-271-409, stating that: " You will have to appear before a magistrate judge to face criminal charges in the next few days. No one gives their name, company, or why someone must appear before a judge. Shame on you Scammers !.

I have received three voice mails from this number  All stated that this was an urgent matter and that I would need to appear before a grand jury or magistrate and to call immediate so he could help me.  Two in late November 2014 and one this past week Feb. 2015.  In November I did call the number and spoke to a man with a heavy asian accent.  I did not share any info with the person in the call but asked what the circumstances were around the message on the call.  He said I had ignored notices via mail.  I ended up raising my voice and hanging up.  Seemed very much like some kind of scam,
