This is a phone number that is utilized by a scammer that supposedly is hiring secret shoppers.  They mail you a fraudulent bank check.  They tell you to keep $200 for your salary - then spend $20.00 at a Walmart or other retail establishment.  The remaining funds (typically over $2,000) you then to Western Union and supposedly wire to two other secret shoppers in the Phillipines.
