He sounds foreign, he asked for me I hung up on him becuz I have had this happen to me before and he kept repeatedly calling my phone back and then he leaves me a voicemail just telling me to return the call.  He never leaves his name or what the call is about.

mam u misunderstood ,,,,this number offers a payday loan to the people who have a poor credit score and badly need of money ,,,,,they r doing very good job ....please dont write before you know the whole thing.

I know I didn't apply for a payday loan and I'm on the DNC list so they have no business calling me.

This number has called and its a scam, first i havent applied for a payday loan, secondly i have great credit.

You sound just like the scammer american popualr name with Indian accent

OK , first off ANYONE who says PayDay loans are "helping" people are crazy. They prey on those in desperate need. And their fees are on the average of 75%.

2nd these calls are being dialed by autodialers, and calling people who have NOT applied for a payday loan, stating that they have been approved for one. There is no previous relationship with these companies, so they are violating state and federal Do Not Call laws.

3rd they are using spoofed numbers. I have called several back and receive " the number you have called is no longer in service"  IF they were a legit business, why are they hiding behind spoofed numbers when they make their calls.

I have been receiving calls since yesterday from this number along with several other numbers. This happened to me before about a year ago, I already submitted a report to the FTC web site. Hopefully this stops soon!
