Scammer. Says he is "Attorney Fernandez" today, yesterday he was "Robert Jones"... (still with a thick Middle East accent)... Financial Crimes Investigations...... Yeah right... says everyone will be arrested by the "Courthouse" .... in 24, 48 or 72 hours........ We told him to say hi to "Peggy" for us.... 8)

I received the same call...on a Federal Holiday...he kept asking me why I was asking "such silly questions!"  When I spoke to him in Spanish...since his last name was Fernandez....he didn't understand me...hummm Hispanic last name, middle eastern accent, and barely spoke English...yep, he's legit!  I'm still waiting to be arrested....it's been 24 hours...

I don't know what this fools motives are.  But what authority would call you and tell you they are coming to your
house and arest you and give you a 48 hour head start!

He called me today and said I would be arrested for this and that and lose my job. I asked to confirm my current address and SS # which both were incorrect. He called back 5 mins later and I told him I already confirmed he was a scammer to which he replayed "get lost then!" The sad thing is I feel for those that fall for the scam and give out money. :(

caller stated I would be arrested, with a very strong indian accent......please....

I have got about 30 phone calls in the past week from Leo Fernandez. He claims i will be prosecuted and arrested for some debt o know nothing about. He says I can only pay with gwen dot money pak. No other form of payment will be accepted. This is such crap... He said I would get a summons through email. Stupid a__ you cant summon me through email.

The man who calls me from this number can barely be understood because of his thick, heavy accent and all of the people who are talking in the background. I wasn't told that I would be arrested, but I was told that there was a major lawsuit pending against me and I need to have my lawyer contact him. When questioning him about the lawsuit, he is unable to give me answers. He just tells me to hold on. He claims his name is "David White".. When asking what firm he is with, I do not get an answer of where he is calling from. I receive several calls a day. Very annoying when these are the only messages on my voice mail. What a waste of time.. they are rude and desperate.

got 3 calls from this guy this morning telling me i owe and saying i need 8000 now and if i get a attorney i,ll need 15000 and if not i,d be arrested in 24-48 hours he was foreigner at first i couldn,t understand him then when i confronted him then he had really good englishi turned it over to the local law to check it out

got 3 calls in a row  guy saying i was being sued for money i own but first he couldn,t be understood and when i pointed that out his english became good told me it was going to cost me 8,000 dollars and if i needed a attorney i,d need 15,000 but he couldn,t tell me anything about who i was suppose to own or any of my informationand this only started after i applied thur a place called click and loans that is most likely a fake too cause all you here from in cash advances only no 3 year loans like they say and its funny how the first week you get legit cash avances and then in 2-3 weeks you get this and others wanting you to put money on a green dot card how dumb of them if you need money you sure don,t have any to give to these foreigners and another point 5 years ago we didn,t have this problem untill obama got to be president

I have received 3 calls from this "Leo Hernandez" today alone from the 909-666-5475. Keeps threatening with an investigation team in 48 hours if I do not pay the money owed. Kept calling me by the wrong name and I called him on that telling him that was not my name. He tried to quickly correct himself. Told him I believed he was a scammer and that he was just trying to get money out of me his response was "yes I am trying to get money." Seemed to realize he slipped up and then started demanding that I say what my intentions to handle the situation is. Told him I would not be falling for this he said, "Fine then! I will send my investigators out for you" and then he slammed the phone down on me. He then has the audacity to call me back a few minutes later and told me that I hung up on him. He then tried to verify my address. I told him I looked up his scam on the net and that if he continued to call me I would be reporting him to the authorities. He said go ahead and have them call be back in the next 30 minutes. After that I'll be closed. What a joke.

Same thing happened to me today.  Said I was being charged with check fraud.  Sorry but if I had done something wrong, I would've been summoned by the federal court in my area, not some Hispanic dude with a middle eastern accent from Cali.  At least if you are going to try to scam people, try to make it sound legit.

I have received countless calls from this number on my cell, and family members who I do not live with, claiming to be Financial Crimes Investigation, Leo Fernandez for Criminal Check Fraud.  Which is not true, I have no such thing.  He must think people are idiots to believe this crap. This has been happening to me for months off and on, heavy Indian Accent.  TOTAL SCAM, sometimes cusses at me, calls three to five times in a row.  There is no way to stop it, just ignore the morons.   I investigated it, they are on the FBI and FTC site, fraudulent organization in India.   How they got my name/number I do not know.   I told them i was gonna get Zero Dark Thirty on their ass if they didn't stop calling!!!!!!!!!!  

Received call from this number this morning. Checked 800notes while phone rang. Permanently blocked the number.
