A Mr. Green call said I was approved fro a loan from E-Loan / Chase Bank . on 12/3,I need to put 120.00 on green dot card to start loan. On 12/4  i need to put 120.00 yo secure loan on 12/5 150.00 to pay tax on loan

He's a fraud. Advance fee personal loans are illegal in the U.S. They want money up front (in ANY form) ? They're FRAUDS!  ALWAYS!  NO EXCEPTIONS! EVER!

a froud calling from india , named mark and said me that i am approved for upto $5000 .
they want me to pay up front money, and  i paid
they told me that you have to show minim. of 10%  $500 via green dot money pack.
on another day they told to pay trans. charge $350, $150 as file charge and tax. $400.
my money is [***] gone....
