    Caller said his name was Alan Plat, calling from US Treasury Legal Department that there is a "law enforcement action" against my husband.  And that legal action is in place and the "cops will come take him away"  I asked if it was by chance a scam and he said "no mam, you will see, if you don't have him call us back the cops will come and take him to jail"  I laughed and said oh that is scary and he said "mam, this is no joke, you wait two hours and the cops will come"

    seriously amusing.
