This Caller claims that he is with department of US treasury and that he told me that I am involve in a legal matter and  someone will be coming to arrest me. He said he can help  and he stated wanting to get additional info . I called back this no and I found out that its a SCAM

Same as everyone else although they said it's my 6 yr old son (!) who is part of an enforcement action

Thank you for posting this I am a mother of three and the Department of treasury scam was said to me also. Scared me to the point of tears. Then I read it happened to you too and I feel o.k. now.  Thank you for posting your experience.

Also got a call from this number.  Same story, he said that he needed the name of my attonery and I was going to be arrested.  Total scam
