Recieved a call and the caller hung up when I answered

Call came in to my cell ... didn't answer no voice mail left.

i picked up and it was about furthering your education...i told the guy i had a phd and dont need this bullcrap and he laughed at me...and then call back the next day to be yelled at again.

Keeps calling my cell if I pick up they hang up, if the call goes to voice mail they don't leave a message. Can't figure out why they bother calling,if I see a 909 # I just don't pick up...

I subscribe to a site called search bug and this is what they turned up based off the phone #. They also said since they determined its a cell phone to text it.... What an idea...
So I texted them to remove me from their call list ASAP. Will let you know if that has any effect.

• This CELLULAR phone number belongs to DIGITCOM SERVICES, INC. in ONTARIO/LOS ANGELES, CA area.

I understand everyone problems. I had the 1st call on my cellular phone
(which I don't know how they got the number) on Tuesday 09/30/08.
And yes the person on that line ask me if I wanted to further my education on-line.  I ask were they got my number - he could not reply.  I said
no, because I did not apply for an on-line education.  Then 10 minutes after that call - they called my work number.  I again told them no and again they insisted if I wanted to apply on-line.  Then again at 12:00 10/02/08 they called my work number and tried it again - I said no and explained to them that what NO don't you understand.  Again at 2:40 pm 10/02/08 they called my cellular, by then I already was pissed off, so I told him HELL NO and what of HELL No don't you understand.  By they way
it is that number 909-842-9198 and on my work caller ID his name was
Yamil Rodriguez !!!

calls me i don't answer if i don't know who it is but never left a voice message

called my cell on 10/14/08 left no message
called my cell on 10/15/08 caller identified himself as being from the US Grant Department.  He was very difficult ot understand I asked what branch of the government he was with.  I could not understand his answer.  I asked him if he was the IRS.  He may have though I said I was, because he hung up.

Got the same guys name on my caller ID today.  At first he was speaking filipino and then tried to get me intereted in a long distance plan so that I may call the Philipines or any other country. Told him I was not interested.  In the beginning he asked for me by name.  I was wondering if this was a debt collector because I owe one debt at this time but he did not introduce himself to be from a collection agency.
