No idea who they are.

They continue to call with recorded voice marketing ploys to purchase new credit card machines.  They say "press 2 to opt out of future notices of this offer" and pressing two results in being disconnected.  Pressing 1 to speak with a representative results in someone answering saying "Thank you for calling Innovate, who am I speaking with?" Upon attempting to request removal there is again a disconnect.  Upon dialing the number, a recorded message apologizes for any possible calls that may have been received.  Again it offers "press one to have your number removed."  Pressing one, or any number for that matter, results in the tape repeating.

They just hung up when I answered.  Caller ID said this is cellular call.

Received call last night at 8:51pm 7/27/09 from "CITYDEBT 909-842-9199". A prerecorded voicemail from "Victor Simmons" was left on my answering machine to fix my credit card debt; the phone number he leaves to call back is (866)203-9550. I have retained a copy of the voicemail. I called the number he left to repair credit card debt and you get an Asian call center. I asked to be placed on the DNC list and I was hung up on. I called again and was cursed out. I called again and played along for a second and then was hung up on. I called again and was hung up on. I work in a telemarketing firm and have a full comprehension of the DNC rules and regulations. This is definitely a scam. Unfortunately it is very difficult to track these scams down. Anybody wants to team up to try to stop it. I am game. I enjoy the challenge. We will need some programmers and someone with a large background in telecommunications. We can track them down. This number has called me over 100 times. Same message, when I ask them to stop calling me they quickly hang up.

Yep get calls from them 1-2 times a DAY!!!!!  I dont even have any credit cards.  Same as everyone else, I get constantly hung up on when I try to deal with them.  I hope they burn.......

I have no computer savvy. However, these parasites have made our lives a living hell.  No threats will deter them.  I believe these people are calling from offshore.  If you are wanting to charge us money to pursue this matter, we are not interested in your offer.  However, if you are truly trying to do a service for the good of honest consumers, more power to you.

Calling everyday with the same number, and getting the same reaction.  When I inquired where they were calling from they hang up.  I played along for awhile and told them I had 50K in credit card debt on six cards and they become immediately interested and started asking all types of questions.  When I asked if I could speak to someone who spoke better they hung up.

Recieved call from 909-842-9199 saying they were Victor Simmons from City Debt Services Group and to call them at 866-203-9550 to "fix" my credit problems. I expect they will "cause" me credit problems.

Debt consolidation - call comes from this number with a message to call 866-203-9550 to consolidate your credit card. When I called the 866 # and said I didn't want their calls they hung up on me.

We have been receiving calls from this phone number (909-842-9199) at our office on a regular basis. Similar to others, I have requested we be removed and they hang up on me. I request to speak to a supervisor and they hang up on me. I've even asked what their business name is and they hang up on me. For those of you who receive calls from them on a private/home phone you are in luck, you can sign up for a DNC (do not call) registry. However, for business, we cannot use that option. I would highly recommend not giving this company your information. They have no regards for the people they are talking with.

Just got the call and tried to call back but they keep hanging up. I love messin w/ these guys but they wont pick up.

I work for a police department, and they called one of our lines, I spoke with Kevin, when I asked the company name he works for he hung up...Shocker!
