WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

This number just called my emergency phone that is from safelink. I too am getting so tired of these annoying scamming robocallers. I wish the FCC could come up with the permanent way to dispose them

I received a call from this number around 3 PM EDT on Wed., Aug 12, 2015.  As others have reported, my call was a credit card scam telling me that while everything was okay with my card, I needed to talk to them about lowering my interest rate.  I know this was a scam because I don't use any credit cards and by extension have no balance on which the interest rate could be lowered!  I simply hung up ... no need to risk given them any information or feedback at all.

Calling me at 6:15 AM is harassment and they said nothing.

robocall from    910-359-7643 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Wednesday 08-12-15 @  319 PM.

called and rang twice and was not able to answer before it stopped ringing.
see by other responses it was Rachel the SCAMMER to lower credit card interest.

Add a selection in your phone called annoying callers. Set that entry to auto reject or straight to voicemail. When you get a call that you don't like, add it to your list.

I didn't answer it.  It also said it was coming from North Carolina.  They did not leave a message.

I've been receiving calls from this number for the past week, but have been ignoring/missing their calls. So today, I decided to answer it; as soon as I said "Hello?", I heard nothing but breathing and then they subsequently hung up.

If you have a mobile phone you can block unwanted callers.

Got another call from 910-359-7643 @ 11:05am EST 8/13/13. Been receiving calls from this #, as well as other Scammers....Don't answer they are scammer to get your information...So exhausted from these LOSERS....!!!!

Picked up phone & no answer. Called the number right back & it said it wasn't a working number. How can that be?

Whenever these calls come in, I block and report as spam.  Almost all phones can download an app to block unwanted calls.  It sucks that they can call cell phones now.  It used to be that they could only call land line numbers.

Just got a call today at 10:27 AM. Answered and they hung up. No one was there. Blocking the number!
