"Waka Savings Plan Assisted Offer" was mentioned, also told me i had done a survey for Walmart and i won the prizes totaling up to $166.00.  She asked me to go online only i am defraging computer , then she wanted me to go out on cell phone and i truly don't think so.  So her name I do believe was Amanda.  She did keep saying this was not a scam, and that in itself would make anyone wonder what she is doing?  So i am not sure about much more than that.

Yes.  I got a call from this number and debated whether to answer it or not but after about 3 rings I did and no one was there.  So I called it back and got a recording from my cell service co. saying the number was no longer in service.  Yet it just called me!

Don't be too eager to dash to the phone to answer a call from a number you do not recognize. In my case I have a call blocker on my cell phone that took care of several calls to me from this number. On my land line I do not answer unless I recognize the phone number. I believe that if it is important enough the caller would leave a mesage on my answering machine.

Got 3 calls (2 today and 1 yesterday). Didn't pick up and there were no messages. Good thing I searched and found this forum. Like you guys said, probably a scam.
