Just got harassing phone call from Echeck Recovery phone number 912-289-8601. I have turned them in to our Pa Attorney General. We do not owe anyone from Savannah Georgia any money.  We do not write checks that is so antiquated. They cannot garnish wages in Pa and they cannot threaten a family that also works for the state Police and local sheriffs dept.  We advise all to take a few minutes and turn them in. It is a scam to scare people, mainly senior citizens in giving them money as they use a shock and scare system. all illegal.

Just got a call at home and on my cell from echeck recovery. Liz was calling from the county clerks office about complaints against my SS#. Now, I don't owe anyone any money, and recently pulled my credit report, this company is not on there. I also only write a few checks and they are local. Shouldn't a "county clerks office" have the tools to see I am under a Chapter 13 and know all "claims" of monies owed needs to go thru the courts? Yeah, it's a scam. Because it's past the time that all my debts have been notified. Nice try "Liz" if that is your real name..... the callback # was the same as what showed on caller id 912-289-8601.
