Calls on my cell. Never leaves a message.

Received a call saying they were from Comenity Bank, and that my account with Kay Jewelers was overdue. They even had all my information for the account. Will be calling Comenity and Kays tomorrow

Didn’t leave a voicemail message  I didn’t pick up because I don’t know anybody in Kansas City  I suspect that it’s a scam caller

Keeps calling and never leaves a message. Sometimes up to 3 times in one day.

It left an 800 number for me to call is all it said

Stop calling. DELETE my phone #. I'm not happy.

Keeps calling leaving a message about a personal matter on my account. When I call the number on the back of my credit card. I'm all paid up.

Called stating I missed my payment with Express. That I needed to make a payment via phone.

Called me saying I had to make a payment on a company I’ve never even heard of and had my bank account info. Scary.

You should probably tell the caller that, not us. We didn't call you.

You should probably check the date under a post before replying, as that one is nearly a year old  and doubtful it will be seen by that person.

Thank you for the information that this was a number for Comenity. I had a credit card based on a one time purchase and an offer of a percentage off if I applied. I never received a bill for the purchase and no credit card. I had forgotten all about the purchase. Beware of these offers. I have the feeling they signed me up for paperless statements, and you can't login anywhere to see a statement without the credit card account number. I still don't know the credit card number on this account, I was given my "rewards" account number which is useless. I've paid my credit card off and hopefully won't be hearing from this number or 614-754-4054 again.

They called my cell phone. I didn't answer it and they left a message to call some toll free number but, they did not say who it was.
