I called them back because of you note. They could not find my account and asked for my full social. Told them I would hunt up my statement and call back on the 800 number. No one gets my full social over the phone

This company calls from several different phone numbers (a variety of area codes). They’re calling me several times a day, sometimes shortly after 8:00am. They leave a message so I know who it is, however the calls are excessive and they come far too early in the morning (I am at work that early, however do not feel like entertaining them that early when I haven’t had enough coffee).

This bank handles the credit card for Victoria Secret, among other stores.

They also text me and ask that I call them back.

Collection calls can legally be made by 3rd party debt collectors from 8 am to 9 pm your time.  This is a creditor and unless it is regulated by state law, they can call whenever they want.

This is the 32nd number used by Comenity Bank.  Since 3/28/19 they have called 111 times (111th call on 11/1/yy, what are the odds?).  Their calls have tapered off recently - - the previous one was 2 months ago.  They have  never left a message.  Some of their numbers have complaints from 10 years ago and for different finance firms.  They issue private label credit cards for companies such as Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie, The Limited, et.al.  (a 3 page list was posted for 614-212-5291 by Tori on 6/4/2014).  We don't have any delinquent debts, have not received any collection letters, and have not been sued..

Second call was on a Sunday at 9:24 am.  Blocked em.

This is a SCAMMER trying to get you with the word Comenity - they are NOT Comenity Bank - If you listen, they say Comenity Capital - NOT legit!  My accounts are more than fine.  Just a stupid scam!

Man with heavy Indian accent kept insisting for me to tell him my name. Said he was from Commenity Bank. I do not belong to this bank. I also have no outstanding credit debt. I pay all my bills every month. This is a scam.

Has called me 3x. Screened by Google Assistant. No VM.
