These guys autodialed my work number for the first time today saying to urgently call 800-520-1551 about my account. Problem is I have NO Store cards at all let alone what is in their list. I only have one credit card and that is paid and up to date. I will not be calling them back because if they can't be bothered having a human call me then thus human will not call back.

I had a late payment with Younkers/ Commenity Bank and would get calss from 3 different numbers. I called and made the payment and closed the account. I got another bill and several calls, so called them again. She said it was all straightened out and would get something in the mail saying so. Now today got another call from them from 614-212-7530 regarding an urgent matter about my account. IT'S CLOSED!!! How do I stop them

Constantly calling, never any messages left. I answered them once they "claim" my mom owed them money but all  of our bills are paid the months on time.

Keeps calling. Does not leave a voice message.

They have called me so many times I can't even count. It's so annoying to always have a missed call anytime I am away from my phone

They are calling and asking for a Zachary.  This is a business and I have worked here for almost 8 years and have never known a Zachary.  I told her this but she didn't say anything.  I don't know if this was a number he gave for a personal number or employment number but either way Zachary is not at this number.  This number has been our storefront number that rings in at my desk for 6 years.  I assume it is a debt collector but she doesn't state who they are when she calls.

Well by reading the other posts I found out who it was that was calling you.  Now, if I were you, I would use that information to send them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.  The alternative is for you to enjoy the calls by doing nothing.  Your choice.
